i have a 99 grand am v6 we just replaced the head on it. Since then there is a constent tapping when you are driving we believe it is a bent push rod. beside that from 0-25 mph the car is real sluggish. We took it into pontiac they said the coil was bad for cylider 2/5 so we replaced it. it ran good for a day now it is really sluggish on take off again from 0-25mpg

Hello,
The problem could be as simple as a rocker nut not being torqued down properly. Have you listened to the tap to see it it is coming from #2 also? Also does the miss seem to go away at higher rpms sitting still, or just after 25 mph when driving? Let me know
