Anal Prolaps?

I have a young cat with what I believe is "Anal Prolaps.'
We are a low income family who love our kittens very much but cannot afford extencive treatments. Vaccinations are comming due as well as spay/neutering. My cat has issues when voiding...hard stool...dark in color and a bloody anus. Are there low income options for my family to utilize in Beaverton, OR?

Are you seeing any anal tissue coming back out? This is normally the first sign of anal prolapse.
