Ok, that sounds good.
The increased white blood cells, particularly the neutrophils suggests that her body is producing these in response to infection or inflammation, although it is difficult to distinguish between to two just on numbers.
You may find that she actually improves with the fluids and needs nothing else but I would encourage the use of antibiotics which I imagine she is already on, but if there si no infection at present the white cell counts indicate that her immune system is busy with something and migh not be so efiiciant at figthing off a new infection if it turns up.
The phosphate is just at the higher end of the normal range, and the potassuim is normal (if the units are the same over here which I'm pretty sure they are).
Please keep me updated on her progress - I'm not sure I can offer too much more info other than to say it sounds like your vets are of the same mind as me and I would be doing all the same things!
Keep me posted!
