my D drive is full. how do i clean it up?

my computer wont let me in to my d drive. ive tried all options avalable on my computer. incuding DOS,

windows vista home premiumit is the restore drive when i got this computer. iused the belken easy transfer cable.to transfer files from my old computer to this one. my d drive has been full ever since. i have used every resouce on my computer without success.to clean it up.

Hello,

If you deleted the recovery files on your D drive, your recycle bin might be full so check that. if recycling is empty,

I will provide a link for a program WinDirStat, it is a program that shows you everything on your drives even the stuff you don't normally see. It has a graphical interface that is really self explanatory, you'll see what the problem is and you can delete it from inside the program
