Sorry to hear about your sick girl. My concern would be seizure activity. If she doesn't seem responsive to you during the episodes, then a seizure is the most likely thing going on. If she seems responsive to you during these episodes, then I would look at having seen by and internal medicine specialist. They can do an abdominal ultrasound and further work-up for any intestinal problems that could be occuring. In some cases, animals that vomit, will trigger the vagus nerve and do what is called vagal. This can cause almost passing out episodes. Those would be my differentials in your girls case.
