african grey approx 2yrs old has plucked/chewed wings,down back and tail feathers previous owners had blood tests etc to find out if he was ill but came back not the vet put it down to stress,can get around fine climbing chewing sleeps one one leg but it seems for no reason when in his cage will just fall off the perch he is very nervous but is now in a forever loving home and need to know if there could be a reason for this and if there is anything i can do to help (does not yet trust me enough to let me touch or handle him?
