Hi there, Sounds like a nasty infection. To be honest, at this stage, especially if not responding to baytril, which is the strongest antibiotic going, i would want to be doing investigation- that is taking swabs and cultures from the infected areas, and also possibly taking a sample from the lymph nodes for cytology and culture as well. The problem may be, that a specific bacteria is involved, which is sensitive to a specific antibiotic- in which case, something called culture and sensitivity from a swab of the area, is the best way to find which antibiotic to use. In addition, occasionally you can get sterile reactions, so if no bacteria are found in a sample from the lymph node, then it may mean its actually a sterile granulomatous(inflammatory) reaction, with a build up of white blood cells in the affected area
I don't think it would be a good idea to just keep trying different treatments without any investigation first.
Hope you find this useful
