THIS HAPPEN IN VA I STOPED BY A POLICE AND HE ISSUED ME 16 CITATION BECAUSE OF PREVIOUSE ACCIDEN HAPPENED IN THAT TOWN SO EVERY TIME I PASS BY THAT TOWN APOLICE TRY TO DO SOME WITH ME SO I AM TRAYING TO STOP THEM BY THE LEGAL WAY MAY BE BY FILING A LAW SUIT AGAINST THE SHERIF DEPT IN THST TOWN
