I have a string of little raised almost clear orange colored bumps underneath tongue should I be worried they are very tiny. Its like orangy clear raised string with the tiny bumps

You should not worry about this.

The line is formed by the sublingual gland underneath and the little bumps are the multiple ducts opening into the mouth along this line.

This is perfectly normal and is present in everyone.
