Depending on what the problem is, you will have to dismantle the radio. This is very difficult, and even Cadalliac does not repair them. Usually they are sent back to the radio manufacturer and replaced with a refurbished unit.

If you would like to attempt the rebuild, I can send you some diagrams. You will need to get the internal circuit diagrams from the radio manufacturer.
