It depends on the type of lime. Quicklime or hydrated lime would be harmful.
The dust from lime used on lawns can be a bother if inhaled or gotten in the eyes and can be a skin irritant if gotten in the coat.
Dolomite lime and rapid lime have a a low toxicity. Dolomite lime contains calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate while Rapid lime contains magnesium carbonate. These may be irritating to skin, nose and eyes as listed above.
You can check the packaging of the product but if your dog got unknown lime on it or ate some and appears uncomfortable or ill I'd see your vet with the dog as soon as you can.
