The bladder issue may be somewhat unrelated to everything else that is going on with her. I am suspicious here that she may not have Cushing's disease which can cause the elevation in liver enzymes, low red blood cell count and even predispose her to bladder infections. Other symptoms you may notice are an increase in thirst and urination, skin issues, hair loss, pot belly, weight gain or loss, excessive panting and irritability. With Cushing's disease there is an excess of cortisol which is a natural steroid and steroids can wreak havoc on the body when in excess. Another issue to consider is hypothyroidism which should have been tested for as well. A dog with hypothyroidism has a weakened immune system predisposing her to infection. It is also possible that she has developed hepatitis. I would ask your vet about everything I have mentioned above as well as getting her started on SAMe and Milk Thistle to help to decrease the liver enzymes.
Since the blood in the urine can be something very minor like a simple bladder infection and since it wasn't in excess I would not worry yourself too much about this but try to work with your vet about finding the primary cause to the elevation in liver enzymes.
