Hi, probably the cheapest,easiest thing you could do is install a prom chip in your ecm. A company like hypertech, i believe sells them for that year. It will change the timing curve and fuel delivery to maximize horse power. Also You could install headers in place of your stock manifolds, but this will require some other exhaust system modifications. Also depending on how much you want to spend or how deep you want to go in the engine, you could change the camshaft for more power and performance.
