I HAVE A 3 YR. OLD CANE CORSO WHO HAS BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH PANCREATIC CANCER.IS THIS A GENETIC DISEASE? HE SIRED A LITTER 7 MO''S AGO,WILL THESE PUPS INHERIT THE DISEASE?

Pancreatic cancer in dogs is not proven to be hereditary.
However as your dog is three you might caution owners of his offspring to not consider breeding until the pups get to the age of three themselves to help limit chances that it happens to be an inherited issue and to avoid spreading the genetic material if it is.
In humans about 10% of the pancreatic cancers are considered to be hereditary.
