I have 2 deeds to two separate lots of land that my husband owns. How do I go about getting the land sold. I am in America but the land is located in Trinidad and Tobago. Are there certain guidelines that I would need to follow.

You will have to get power of attorney from your husband that is acceptable in form in Trinidad and Tobago. Then you should retain counsel there to handle the sales.

Yes since his name the only one on the deed and even if you were both on title, you need his power of attorney to list and sell the properties.
