this morning I awoke my a very soar throat (talking = very painful) and a runny nose. I know that my conjested sinus''s are causeing the pressure in my head but I was wondering if there was anything that I could do to relieve some of the pressure in my chest. P.S my sinus'' are very poor I awake daily with very dry throat and thick mucus in my throat but the chest pressure is something new is there a way that I can make it go away?
