Answer

Hello, normally an employer will work with an employee while on Workers ' Compensation in order to get the employee back to work. That is the goal. However there are times this does not work and the employee may be terminated.

It is high risk terminating an employees out under Workers' Compensation. It should not be a ramdon termination. But if an employee fails to keep in communication with the employer and give progress status then an employee maybe terminated. If the employee ends up not being able to work in his/her job because of restrictions and a high disability rating then that maybe a reason to settle a claim and terminate. I hope this has helped if so click accept.
