Question

I signed a lease purchase with Schneider National in October,2007. I am slowly sinking and they dont give me enough miles to pay for my bills.Some weeks,the truck payment is split,then I have to pay more the following week to catch up.Then, I dont get that many miles the following week to pay for everything again.Im behind in taxes,but Im caught up now on my home bills for the moment. It seems like they are holding me in a corner,and wont give me the miles I need to get ahead.How can I get out of this lease with out damaging my credit? I have good credit. I need some advice,Thankyou

Re-read the original contract and have alawyer do it too. I can't believe they sucker you into the deal and then don't give you enuf miles to pay for it. It may be that they are in breach of the agreement in which case you would be justified in telling them they either let you out or buy a lawsuit!

Not a whole lot of help in your answer.Do you handle cases like this out of your office? And approximate cost?

My office is in Massachusetts, so I will not be able to help you - but you are in tough straits and most any lawyer will give you a 1/2-hour to come in and tell him about the case and quote you a price - if you don't like the price or the lawyer, you can go elsewhere.
