Can a bar "ban a person for life" because the patron was served a drink in a broken glass?Patron sliced finger on broken glass, asked to file a report, was escorted from the bar and told "you are no longer welcome here".(At this particular bar/club,no one is ever welcome). The bouncers are rude, lie and rough patrons up on a routine basis.

Dear XXXXXXXXX - Since this is a private business they are permitted to bar anyone they please so long as they don't discriminate base on a protected class such race or religion. Frankly I can't imagine wanting to go to a place I was not welcome but they do have the legal right to admit who they please and deny the right of entry to others.

Many times a business that may be the subject of a lawsuit will not want to offer the plaintiff any additional chances to sue or be at risk on the property.
