Question
I am a plumber. A customer claims that I damaged their hardwood floor after I completed the job and refuses to pay the balance due. I have pictures of the finished job and the floor and there is no damage. Now the customer is calling the store that referred them to me and jepordizing my chances of getting another referral from that store, and other stores in my area. What can I do?
