it was four in the morning and i was turning right and did not come to a complete stop but he wrote the ticket for running the red light. is their a difference for running or yeild at a red light for a right turn

Accepted Answer

Techically, the proper charge for not coming to a complete stop before turning right on red is failure to obey the traffic control device, or running the red light.
