i have been taking the same route to work and back for 18 years with out any problems, but for the past 6 months there is a town i have came to dred driving through because of the police. Since Jan of this year i have been pulled over 3 times and got 2 tickets, one for expired tags, that i was not awere of, the other was a dead inspection sticker, and countless other times as i passed through this town, goin or coming to work, and for no reason, i have been followed by the police at times they were so close i could not see the head lights on the police car. Is this harsemt, and what can i do about this?

Since they got you a few times, you are now a target.... The long answer is proving the harrassment would be hard... They can follow you all they want, and they will deny tailgating..
I would go around the town for a while... until they forget about you, or you get a diferent car.

Then you can file a complaint, and / or sue in federal court, just like the Rodney King video...
