Question

a lighter blew up in my face... all the hair around my head and arms were singed... including all my nose hairs. this happened 2 days ago. i noticed today that it was hard for me to breathe... especially when trying to take a deep breath. i am very worried about this issue! should i be? please help me out with some advice on what to do. please

At this point, I would suggest that you get checked in an emergency room. When you suffer burns during an explosion there is a significant risk of an inhlation burn injury - burns in the airway and/or lungs.

Could these burns in my airway and or lungs been noticed yesterday or right after the incident? And what has to be done to detect them?

Much like a sunburn, you often don't have any symptoms immediately, symptoms can develop hours after the initial injury.

I would suggest going to the ER to get examined. They will likely need to do a chest X-ray.
