Hello
I have cared for several people lately who have had this problem. Their cause turned out to be old fillings and old oral work that had gotten infected. In one case the womans dentist didn't think of this. She went to have a second opinion and once the cause was found, and removed, she has never felt better and the mouth odor is gone.
I highly suggest having this possibility ruled out.
