Hello there,

Grapefruit juice causes interactions with many medications, Viagra being one of them. Chemicals that are found in grapefruit can interfere with the break down of these medications, including Viagra, therefore resulting in a excessively high , possibly toxic dose of this medicine in your system, and even possibly lead to overdose, or serious side effects of the drug. If you are taking viagra , you should completely avoid grapefruit. Interactions can occur even 24 hours later, so it is very important to not drink grapefruit juice, or eat grapefruit, unless you are under the close monitoring by your doctor. Thanks so much, and have a great evening!
