moval and Installation

All vehicles

  1. Remove the integrated control panel. For additional information, refer to Climate Control Assembly in this section.
  1. Remove the right-side lower instrument panel insulator.

  1. Lower the glove compartment.

Vehicles with EATC

  1. Remove the 2 remote climate control module screws and position the module aside.

  1. Remove the temperature blend door linkage shield.

  1. Remove the temperature blend door actuator (19E660).
    1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
    1. Remove the screws.

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

  1. Using the special tool, pull out the integrated control panel (18C858).

  1. Label and disconnect the electrical connectors. Remove the integrated control panel.

  1. Label and disconnect the electrical connectors and the in-car temperature sensor hose (19D888). Remove the integrated control panel.

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

no this is all, sometimes the ford pictures would work and sometimes it's like ford blocks them out somehow, but everyone is having this problem, but if you like i could opt. out and give you to another expert and let him try. please reply. thanks

Hi, below is the same procedure as the other expert posted except my pictures posted,the actuator is behind the center of the dash behind the radio/ac panel assembly, you can buy the radio tools at a local parts store, thanks

yes i know this doesnt has to do wit any of this but is there a way i can disconect the radio and put another one?

yes you could, but it would be easier to go to a electronic store (conns, circuit city, best buy etc) and but the adapter wire harness kit for your car, this would make wiring a lot easier. thanks i hope i helped and please accept if satisfied. thanks T-MAN
