Hello

The exact name of the disease is spelled as psoriasis. The cause of psoriasis is not known, but it is believed to be influenced by genetics, infections, stress, alcohol and smoking. It is believed that it probably occurs when the body's immune system mistakes healthy cells for dangerous substances..Although exact relation between diabetes & psoriasis is not known..A research proved that there is higher occurrence of diabetes in psoriasis patients compared to patients without psoriasis and vice versa. So psoriasis is not caused from diabetes or diabetes is not the cause of psoriasis but atleast they are somewhat linked.

Regards

Dr.Charles.
