Accepted Answer

The probate court will demand an accounting and you can go back to the probate court to demand an accounting. You could also go into court if you believe there has been some mismanagement and seek to have the executor removed or seek a restraining order against the executor. The executor has a fiduciary duty to the estate and to the heirs, but you will really need the court to protect that to which you are entitled.
