My Yorkie has been vomiting all morning. Up until now it has contained food and was the color of food. Now it looks like watery blood. She was recently (5/30) put on Tamaryl for allergies.

You may need to discuss a change in meds for the dog as Temaril can cause bleeding and vomiting.
Excellent choice on seeing the vet!
If the vet doesn't give you anything for the bleeding you can ask them if you can use Pepcid and get a correct dose for your dog.
