Hi XXXXXXXXX,

Welcome to Just Answer,

The blower resistor card is a common fault with your cars's A/C system, Remove the resistor and check for burnt spots on the circuit board.

The blower motor resistor is located in the lower right hand corner of the HVAC module. This resistor is located between the blower motor and the front of the dash.

  • Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  • Remove the right sound insulator.
  • Remove the blower motor.
  • Cut a portion of the dash mat in order to gain access to the rear resistor screw.
  • Disconnect the electrical connection at the blower resistor.
  • Remove the blower resistor screws.
  • Remove the blower motor resistor.
