i sold a bussiness in ft.laud. in 2003 with a down paymebt and a payment plan the person who bought my business stopped paying me back in 2004 can i still recover money owed i have all the signed documents

Absolutely you have a signed contract which is enforceable from 2004. You can sue for the back payments and interest if you included it in the agreement. The general statute for a written contract is 6-10 years so you are fine. You may wish to have an attorney sue on your behalf.
