Reply to Dr. AM MD's Post: no pain to the back..just to he knees ...the pains usually stop me in m tracks..i'm scared to move for the fear of falling

Thanks for additional information.

Pain can be due to osteoarthritis of knee joint as it is bilateral.

It occur due to degenerative changes due to wear and tear of cartilage in joint.

Please visit your doctor for an examination if possible an orthopedic surgeon.

X-ray of knee joint will be required to see the exact cause of pain.

Taking proper rest and painkillers i.e Acetaminophen (Tylenol) will help in pain relief.
