There are two possible problems here. The most likely is your clutch is wearing and the transmission is not slowing enough between shifts, that causes you to have to force a little harder to engage the gears. You may also have a lubricant problem. I would drain the transmission and put new fluid in it. Add some Swepco or other additive to it, Slick 50, etc. If this does not solve your problem, replace the clutch and have the hydraulics checked when you do. Thanks, Joe
