Question

I was crossing the street, well walking in the middle of the alley and i hear a car so i turn around to see if i need to move or not and they blow their horn. They then pull up to the front of the alley and park. As soon as I approch the car to walk past it the guy gets out of his car like he was going to attack me and yells (pardon the language) "Do you have something to f**kin say to me?" I was angry because I was on the phone with my friend telling her some bad news. But I looked at him with a mean look and said "what the f**k ever" and kept walking. He drives by me and parks on the otherside of the building. He walks to the corner of the building and stares at me then walks away. When I am going inside (back to work which is in the same building as the police station) I was telling the security guard what happened and he said that the guy in the car is an undercover cop. I think how he approached me was wrong I am a 20 year old woman and the fact he approached me like that is wrong
