Reply to Eric's Post: i know nothing about computers....i have vista windows i guess....when i change pages or programs the entire screen changes colors to a bright purple or black...it is almost like it goes to a color negative screen for a split second, then it returns to blue....the computer is working fine....it just started this today...the background simply goes to a bright negative color for a split second while the page or the site is being selected....weird huh

Ok,

If it just started today then the quick fix would be to run a system restore to yesterday or Sunday.

If you click Start and in the search box type restore, The system restore program will show just abve the search box, Double click the Icon and follow the instructions to roll back your machine.

You will not loose any documents, Pictures or files so dont worry about that.

Once th machine has restored and rebooted check the machine and let us know if the problem persists.
