Hello,
Has she been eating and drinking?
Any temperature?
Any discharge?
Joan
If your girl is having breathing problems you need to get her and the pups into the ER Vet. You know your girl better than anyone. Bull dogs can overheat very easily becasue of the pushed in face. This concerns me that she is having this problem, since she just gave birth about a week ago. I think you better be prepared to nurse the puppies , sicne this sounds like Mastitis. This may be an infection brewing. If you need to locate an ER Vet I would be happy to help with a city, state and zipcode. Joan

I would get her into one of the ER Vet I have listed. She definately has an infection brewing. This may even be a retained placenta. as well as the mastitis. You really need to have her seen and get some antibiotics. The Vet can also supply you with nursers and Esbilac for the puppies. Joan
I feel better that she will be seeing a Vet who can do a hands on examination and treat her properly. I am in Fl., but on the other coast. Please let me know what the Vet findings are. Joan
If you accept the question now, all you have to do is hit reply to open this question at any time to let me know what the Vet has said. Joan
