Question

I have a Jayco Trailer. I live in the north east and am gettng it ready after winter storage. When I plug it in to the tow vehicle the in lin 30 amp fuse to the battery blew. The tow vehicle is new from last year, it is a 08 Chevy Suburban with the factory hitch. Without the trailer connect to the Suburban and the battery connected all the 12 circuits seem to work. Also with the trailer connect to the Suburban and the 110v for the trailer plugged (battery disconnected) in the 12v lights are very dim. I can see no damge to any wiring on the trailer. Any suggestion?

I had already solved the issue by the time I recieved a response (1 day 12 hours later). The 12v supply on the Suburban was connect to ground by the Chevy dealer. They corrected the issue.
