Artificial insemination (AI) is the process by which spern is placed into the vagina or even uterus so that intercourse does not have to be performed. This wont work for you since your eggs never dont get past the follopian tubes (which were ligated (tied)). For you, you may consider tubal ligation reversal as the most natural way to conceive.
