Question

I am having a problem with a constant DSC light on my 2000 Z3 2.3, fault codes indicate: A3 - Transverse Accelerator Sensor Signal; A4 - Transverse Accelerator Sensor Signal; and 98 - DSC Switch.....no others lights are indicated (eg. Brake or ABS)......what does this mean. Is it the simple replacement of a sensor and where is it located?

Answer

Hi these codes, if on a bmw scanner will mean you have to run through an adjustment procedure with a bmw diagnoistic tool at the dealer. Should be a simple job.Cheers
