Hello Kimba: For tonight, keep the pad clean and cover it if it's raw and oozing. You can put some Neosporin or Bacitracin on it after cleaning. If it's torn badly, it may need stitches. You could take him to an emergency room tonight if you think it is really deep and they will put in the stitches. If it's not bleeding actively and your dog seems comfortable, just keep it clean and get him to your vet tomorrow. Let me know if you have more questions. Best wishes.
