hi, i have a boxer, she is 11 months old and i have not seen any signes of her comming into heat is there and other way to tell except from the blood

Hello: Not every dog has their first heat cycle by 11 months, although most do. Vaginal bleeding is the most obvious sign of estrus (heat) in a female dog. Other signs include an enlarged/swollen vulva and enlarged nipples. These are the outward signs of estrus. Let me know if you have more questions about this. Best wishes.
