I photographed a group of people for a art exhibition and didnt get a release. All parties new that they were shooting for the show but now months later refuse to sign a release and do not want me to use images.

Dear XXXXXXXXXX,
Unfortunately, without their release you are in a bind. Because these are their images they, even though being clear on your purpose, are entitled to refuse to sign the release. I cannot think of anything that you would be able to use to compel their releases.
