Accepted Answer

With your dogs weight and such a small amount of chocolate consumed you aren't likely to notice toxic effects. However, eating chocolate can cause vomiting, diarrhea, and irritability and in some dogs even pancreatitis. Since we have already bypassed the window to induce vomiting I would monitor him for symptoms of excessive drooling, trembling, high fever, and seizures. If any of these symptoms occur then I would suggest a trip to the vet as soon as possible. Based on everything you have told me I do not expect any extreme symptoms to occur. He should feel more normal by tomorrow morning.

is there anything i can give him help pass the mix

Answer

I would rather not put any more substance into his body at this point. It will pass within 6-8 hours and sooner if he develops diarrhea. Adding more could cause stomach cramps and diarrhea that is even worse then it would be. At this point I would let things run its course but you can give him Pepcid to help keep his stomach more comfortable.
