HI THERE, I HAVE A 2000 NEON AND ITS NOT STARTING, IT DOESNT EVEN TURN OVER, WHEN I LISTEN FROM THE ENGINE IT CLICKS WHEN THE KEY IS TURNED, AND THE CLICKING NOISE IS COMMING FROM THE FUSE BOX, AND FUSE COMES ACROSS THE SCREEN WHEN THE KEY IS IN. SOME PEOPOLE HAVE TOLD ME ITS THE STARTER, BUT THE STARTER IS NOT MAKING ANY NOISE AT ALL, NO POWER IS GETTING TO IT, THE FUSE BOX IS CLICKING. WHAT IS THAT NOISE?? I JUST DONT WANT TO RIP OUT MY STARTER W/OUT IT BEING THE PROBLEM

Yes the clicking noise is more than likley the starter relay which is located in the fues panel more than likley the starter is bad.
