Question

I have a 2000 R\T and it has been in the shop 3 or 4 times for the transmision. They replaced it with a rebuilt. every once and a while it still gives a delay in shifting. there is still a waranty on it. but the waranty company refuses to approve the installation of a brand new one. what are my options?
