i was a sub kitchen installer working for home depot past ten years working for different stores around boston area a previous store called me to do a laminate counter install for them and i told store manager that i was''nt lock on to that store anymore she said no worry i''ll just have to call install manager and he''ll turn you back on 1/4 08 job was completed and have made many calls to manager and she claims it''s up to me to call manager to get paid i''m owed $1,400.00 or $1,100 my part

It sounds like you are a taken most of the appropriate steps to try to collect refunds. In the event that loans continues, however, to block paying you, you may end up having to threaten to file suit. You are certainly entitled to be paid for your efforts regardless of whether or not you were back on that particular store's supplier list or not. I would send them a certified letter demanding payment no later than 30 days. Should they fail to remit your pain within that time period, I would immediately file a small claims action against them. It's frustrating that you've had to go to this extreme just to get them to pay you the money that is owed to you. Best wishes and good luck.
