I HAVE A 1995 S10 BLAZER WITH 4.4 VORTEX ENGINE BUT IT DOES NOT HAVE THE HEI DISTRUBITOR WOULD THIS MAKE THE ENGINE A 1996 I BELIEVE IT CAME FROM THE DEALER THIS WAY. IM TRYING TO ORDER THE CORRECT FUEL INJECTION SET UP AND I WOULD LIKE TO CONVERT TO THE NEW MFI DIRECT REPLACEMENT INJECTORS NOT THE TROUBLE SCPI AM I ON THE RIGHT PATH AND WOULD YOU HAVE ANY MODEL NUMBERS I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE EVERYTHING UNDER THE UPPER PLENIUM

Hi XXX XXXXXXX, there are 2 different set ups available on that year truck, the TBI and the CPI, it goes by the 8 character on your VIN tag.It will be either a Z or W. If you need to get any fuel injection parts I would contact www.lindertech.com. The are the experts in this field,the give great service at a reasonable price.
