2. The first thing that comes to mind is the generally acceptable grounds for divorce in Wales and the United Kingdom. Namely, these are (five): (1) Adultery; (2) Unreasonable Behavior (or perhaps I should say Behaviour!); (3) Desertion; (4) Two Years' Separation With Consent; and (5) Five Years' Separation Without Consent. Based upon the facts you have related, I believe that 3,4 or 5 are possibilities in your case.
3. It would be quite helpful if you could please let me know the exact length of your time apart (or at least a close approximation) and whether that time apart has been consensual. I am leaning toward 3 as being the most applicable, but it would help to know about the other two as well. Also, just so I am clear would you please let me know if you have any reasonable chance of securing a current address for your husband? If not, how old is the last address you have for him?
4. Based on what you have shared so far, I believe that finalizing this divorce should be doable for you. A couple of other important items to know would be whether there are any children and/or property involved?
