Family problems

A few weeks ago my cousin and her boyfriend got kicked out of where they were living, well I told them they could live with me, and after three weeks, they still didn't have a job, slept all day long, stayed up all night long, and invaded my privacy, I tried talking face to face about it but they would not hear it, so I wrote down 18 rules they were going to follow, one was no smoking in my place because I'm allergic to smoke and I knew they had been smoking in my apartment. The other was telling them they had a time limit to get a job, where I live it's easy to get a job. Well she wrote me back saying they were going to do whatever they wanted to do, and I couldn't tell them what to do, and they were not going to clean up their messes. I'm not sure what to do, I do know I have never let anyone disrepect me like they have ever, what made all this worse is, she accused me of flirting with her boyfriend, and i have my own boyfriend, I don't need hers, what should I do about them? This is my place and I'm paying for everything, all they do is eat all my food and lay around. Please help me. And sorry this was so long
