Hello Toosweet
First you want to take the mattress off and locate the parts that are actually squeaking. Many times it's not the wood but the metal parts that need to be tightened and then lubricated with wd40 or something similar. If it is the actual wood that is squeaking, there are products and sprays you can get from the hardware store, made for wooden drawers. You can use those spays, or you can use a natural product like beeswax (or even a candle) and rub the wax on the movable parts. No guarantee that it will work, it really depends on the way it's built and where it's squeaking, all you can do is tighten and lubricate and see if that helps.
